If you are a **founder** or **senior leader** with **ADHD** or **AuDHD** (diagnosed or not), you have probably found that standard business advice misses half the picture.  I know this was my experience. Business consultants know about strategy, operations and commercial growth. They are not thinking about **time blindness, RSD, decision fatigue, or executive function barriers**. Coaches work on the person. They are often not thinking about the Four Pillars, the pipeline, or the operational structure that makes personal insight stick. **I do both**. And I do them together, because for a neurodivergent founder or leader, the way your brain works and the way your business works are deeply interconnected. Improving your commercial pipeline is harder if executive function is getting in the way. Building better time management habits is harder if your business structure creates constant context-switching.
