What does a fractional managing director do?

A fractional managing director is an experienced MD who works with your business part-time and flexibly. You get senior strategic and operational leadership without the cost of a full-time hire.

I work with your leadership team to set priorities, build accountability, fix operational bottlenecks and put in place the systems that let the business run without you at the centre. Unlike a business coach, a fractional MD takes operational accountability for outcomes.

My work is organised around the F.I.T. Framework (Foundations, Implementation, Transformation) and the Four Pillars of Business: Commercial, Operations, Finance and People. I work online across the UK and in person in and around St Albans, Hertfordshire.

    A hands-on audit of what is working and what is not, with a 90-day and 12-month action plan. One-off, £1,425.

    Get F.I.T for Growth: one day a month with me, a monthly review and quarterly progress reviews. £995 a month on a six-month minimum term.

    Embedded Leadership
