What I charge
My fractional managing director packages start with a one-off Business Audit at £1,425. Ongoing support runs from £995 a month for one day a month to £3,980 a month for one day a week. A single day is £1,050.
- Business Audit: £1,425 one-off (£1,282.50 if paid upfront). A one-day in-person workshop, a two-hour virtual follow-up, a 90-day and 12-month action plan and a prioritised work-in-progress list.
- Get F.I.T for Growth: £995 a month (£945 a month if you pay the six months upfront). One day a month with me, a monthly review, a quarterly progress review and top-level financial insights. Six-month minimum term.
- Get F.I.T for Success: £3,980 a month (£3,582 a month if you pay upfront). One day a week embedded in your business, one facilitated team day a year, and financial oversight and priorities. Six-month minimum term.
- Day rate: £1,050 a day, invoiced in advance, with no commitment.
- Get F.I.T Projects: bespoke projects such as operations, sales and marketing alignment or CRM implementation, scoped and priced on a call.

What affects the cost of a fractional MD?
- How many days you need. One day a month keeps a strategic eye on the business. One day a week means I am embedded in the day-to-day.
- How long you commit. The monthly packages run on a six-month minimum term, and paying upfront saves 10%.
- The scope of the work. A one-off audit, ongoing leadership support and a bespoke project are priced differently.
- What the alternative costs. A full-time managing director means a salary plus employer National Insurance, pension, benefits, a bonus and the cost of recruiting. A fractional MD gives you senior leadership for the days you actually need.
A fractional MD is not the right fit for every situation. If you need someone full-time for a fixed period, that is an interim MD. If you only need board-level advice with no day-to-day responsibility, that is a non-executive director. If you want help with mindset and habits, that is a business coach.
